Another smoothie recipe! This little beauty is a great on-the-go breakfast! It is both filling and delicious. I use frozen berries in my smoothies as I think smoothies taste great chilled and it means I can keep a wide variety of berries on hand when I need them!
A helpful tip is to never blend the bee pollen. This can heat the pollen and destroy the nutrients. Also, I used two cups of almond milk, use more or less depending on how thick you want your smoothie!
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries (sweet)
- 1/4 frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp brown flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 sukkari date
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
- Blend all ingredients apart from the bee pollen in a strong blender.
- Serve and top with bee pollen.
