Berryburst Smoothie Recipe

Another smoothie recipe! This little beauty is a great on-the-go breakfast! It is both filling and delicious. I use frozen berries in my smoothies as I think smoothies taste great chilled and it means I can keep a wide variety of berries on hand when I need them!

A helpful tip is to never blend the bee pollen. This can heat the pollen and destroy the nutrients. Also, I used two cups of almond milk, use more or less depending on how thick you want your smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries (sweet)
  • 1/4 frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp brown flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 sukkari date
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients apart from the bee pollen in a strong blender.
  2. Serve and top with bee pollen.

Enjoy!
