There are a lot of occasions coming up where the temptation to eat something unhealthy will strike: Halloween, Bonfire Night, Christmas, Friday nights… Chocolate is something that I find super hard to resist. Luckily I discovered something magical – cacao powder. I have used it in lots of my recipes before – like my raw chocolates and my overnight chocolate porridge. It really is amazing, it has a fuller flavour than cocoa. It also contains lots of nutrients and is a good source of antioxidants. It isn’t heat-treated during the processing part of its production, so this means it retains all the goodness of the cacao beans! Eating chocolate AND getting healthy? Er – yes please!!!
This beautiful sunny weather has been dreamy! I am going to absolutely make the most of it, because lets face it – this is England. Who knows how long this is going to last! Attention all chocoholics, put down your bar of conventional sugar-laden chocolate and check this recipe out.
