There are a lot of occasions coming up where the temptation to eat something unhealthy will strike: Halloween, Bonfire Night, Christmas, Friday nights… Chocolate is something that I find super hard to resist. Luckily I discovered something magical – cacao powder. I have used it in lots of my recipes before – like my raw chocolates and my overnight chocolate porridge. It isn’t heat-treated during the processing part of its production, so this means it retains all the goodness of the cacao beans! Eating chocolate AND getting healthy? Er – yes please!!!
